Returns
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions.
Returned items must:
- Be unused
- Be in original packaging
- Include all original accessories and components
Returns must be approved before items are sent back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Custom or special-order products
- Opened consumables
- Used equipment
- Items sold as-is
- Clearance items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers must report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
Please contact our support team with photos and order information so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once approved returns are received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
